Cancellation Policy

If you choose to cancel

Up to 14 days before arrival, you can cancel with a refund
Up to 48 hours before arrival, you can rebook to another date
Unfortunately, within 48 hours before arrival, the experience cannot be canceled.

Cancellation

At more than 48 hours until the start time of the experience, you can rebook to another date by logging into your booking via your booking confirmation, or contacting Puchours directly.
However, some experiences have special rules for rebooking, e.g. for overnight stays and for experiences that require long preparation, and there may therefore be some exceptions. This will be stated under Rules and Safety on the experience's product page.

At less than 48 hours to the experience, the experience cannot be rebooked. Be aware that the experiences often involve preparations that involve expenses that must be covered, and therefore you will not be able to get the money back for the experience.

On the day: If something unpredictable has occurred immediately before or on the day of the experience (e.g. illness), please contact us by mail so that we know how many of you will arrive. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

Alternatively, you are generally welcome to give your ticket to another side.
